Early Life and Career

Adam Sandler was born in 1966 in Brooklyn New York.

He attended New York University where he studied acting.

Sandler's first major role was on Saturday Night Live from 1991 to 1995.

Sandler's breakout role came in 1998 with the film "The Waterboy".

He went on to star in a number successful comedies including "Big Daddy" and "50 First Dates".

Sandler has also received critical acclaim for his dramatic roles including "Punch Drunk Love" and "Uncut Gems".

Sandler is married to actress Jackie Titone.

They have two daughters.
